Our Refund & Returns Policy
We want every WSGenie order to leave you happy. If it doesn’t, here’s exactly how we’ll make it right.
You have 24 hours from the moment you place your order to cancel it — free of charge, no questions asked.
Orders are processed quickly, so we can only accept cancellations within this window. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can still return it once it arrives under our 30-day returns policy below.
To cancel, email us at support@wsgenie.co.uk with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order”. We’ll confirm cancellation and process a full refund within 3–5 business days.

All refunds are returned to your original payment method. We do not offer store credit as a substitute for a cash refund unless you specifically request it.
Once a refund is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued for:
Cancelled orders (within 24 hrs) Returned items (within 30 days) Damaged or faulty goods Items not as described
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 5 business days, please check with your bank first — then get in touch and we’ll investigate.
Received something damaged, broken, or not as described? We’ll sort it immediately — no returns needed in most cases.

Your order number A photo of the damage A brief description of the issue
Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll offer you a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer. You won’t need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.
