All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday to Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
- Processing time refers to the period needed to verify, prepare, and dispatch your order.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

WSGenie currently ships to the United Kingdom only.
We hope to expand to other regions in the future.

Free UK shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners and shipped directly to your door.
United Kingdom: 5–9 business days (including processing time)
Most orders arrive within 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information.
- Tracking details are sent via email once your order has shipped.
- Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses.
This means:
- Items may arrive in separate packages.
- Packages may arrive on different dates.
Shipping Carriers

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking number shows delivered but you did not receive the package:
- Check with neighbours or household members.
- Contact the shipping courier.

We will help investigate the situation.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email support@wsgenie.co.uk.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.
This helps us process replacements or solutions quickly.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, contact us at support@wsgenie.co.uk and we'll send you instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
